Set Up Scheduled Reports

You want to receive traffic quality reports automatically — every day, every week, or at another frequency.

Step 1. Set Up a Delivery Channel

Go to Reports > Channels tab and create a channel:

ChannelWhat to specify
EmailRecipient address
SlackWebhook URL (instructions for creating one are available in the interface)
TelegramConnect a bot through the step-by-step wizard in the interface

Testing

Click Test to make sure the channel is working before creating a report.

Step 2. Prepare the Report

Go to Statistics and set up the desired view: filters, groupings, metrics. Make sure you see exactly the data you want to receive.

Step 3. Create a Schedule

Click Schedule in the Statistics control panel and specify:

ParameterDescription
FrequencyHow often to send (from every 30 minutes to monthly)
PeriodWhat time period to include data for (last hour, day, week, etc.)
ChannelWhere to send
ExpirationWhen to stop sending (optional)

Management

All scheduled reports are available on the Scheduled Reports tab in the Reports section. Here you can:

  • Pause and resume delivery
  • Modify parameters
  • Delete a report

Tip

Start with a daily report for the previous day — this is a good way to stay on top of things without having to check the dashboard every day.
