Set Up Scheduled Reports
You want to receive traffic quality reports automatically — every day, every week, or at another frequency.
Step 1. Set Up a Delivery Channel
Go to Reports > Channels tab and create a channel:
| Channel | What to specify |
|---|---|
| Recipient address | |
| Slack | Webhook URL (instructions for creating one are available in the interface) |
| Telegram | Connect a bot through the step-by-step wizard in the interface |
Testing
Click Test to make sure the channel is working before creating a report.
Step 2. Prepare the Report
Go to Statistics and set up the desired view: filters, groupings, metrics. Make sure you see exactly the data you want to receive.
Step 3. Create a Schedule
Click Schedule in the Statistics control panel and specify:
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Frequency | How often to send (from every 30 minutes to monthly) |
| Period | What time period to include data for (last hour, day, week, etc.) |
| Channel | Where to send |
| Expiration | When to stop sending (optional) |
Management
All scheduled reports are available on the Scheduled Reports tab in the Reports section. Here you can:
- Pause and resume delivery
- Modify parameters
- Delete a report
Tip
Start with a daily report for the previous day — this is a good way to stay on top of things without having to check the dashboard every day.
