Domain Parking
Domain parking allows you to use your own domain instead of the standard adsafee.io for data collection. This is useful if you want to:
- Avoid tag blocking by ad blockers that may filter requests to known anti-fraud system domains
- Maintain domain consistency on your site
How to Connect Your Domain
1. Add a domain
Go to Domain Parking -> Add Domain. Enter the domain (for example, track.mysite.com) and enable SSL if you need HTTPS.
2. Configure DNS
After creation, the domain will have the status Pending DNS. Set up the DNS record with your provider according to the instructions — typically this is a CNAME record pointing to Adsafee servers.
3. Verify
Click Verify — the system will check the DNS records and SSL certificate. If everything is configured correctly, the status will change to Active.
If something is wrong, the status will be DNS Error with a description of the problem. Check the DNS records and retry verification.
4. Link to an integration
Open the desired integration and in the "Domain parking" field, select the added domain. After this, the tag code will use your domain instead of the standard one.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | The domain is working, everything is fine |
| Pending DNS | Waiting for DNS configuration — check the records with your provider |
| DNS Error | DNS issue — read the error message and fix it |
| Cert Expiring | The SSL certificate is about to expire — it will be renewed automatically |
Access
Domain management is available only to the account owner (Owner).
